Does anyone know any addon with same or similar ability like this? l more think on Ignoring some buffs and altering size of priority buffs.

Try out Satrina Buff Frames, download link for wotlk version is here.

P.S could this be added to the addon list that we offer on TW website @ Server > Downloads.

Mhm, was using 3.1.24 before saw yours 3.1.20. Still any other addon? Prefer someone that works with Icon modifiers like Masque?

Used an addon called Raven on a cataclysm server. Many people suggested it as an alternative to the Satrina Buff Frames. It takes a bit to configure, but there are really so many options, features, that I'm sure you can make it work for you.
