Only math will make things clear! I'll do some calculations tomorrow when I'm home.
Elder Myaoming (aka Slardar): Level 80 Tauren Feral PvE/PvP
Siforosse of the Undercity: Level 80 Undead Affliction Warlock PvP/Demon PvE
Zibuluge of the Ashen Verdict: Level 80 Human Frost DK PvP/PvE
Inverse: Level 80 Human Fire Mage PvP/PvE
Slar: Level 80 Night Elf Resto/Feral Druid PvE

A bit offtopic here:

Some time a go, battlegrounds were a bit weird:

It's not fun to be a paladin when this is against you
These times gave me traumas and I rarely played pvp after.

And this is Ferocious Bite's modifiers/scaling with AP (5 combo points) on a Feral Aggression spec with Savage Roar up (glyphed). It's the highest scaling ability for Feral, followed by Rip.

A 13k Ferocious Bite Crit cannot be achieved easily though, it's somewhat situational. I have tested it with a Spriest that used to be my arena partner, with the same gear and spec, and he had 1.3 to 1.4k Resilience. Such deadly Crits were only achievable with most AP procs such as Berserking, Idol, AV ring, Taunka or Agility of the Vrykul (Taunka preferred), with Savage Roar up of course. That's about 13k AP.

Give me Armor and Resilience values in % and I can make the calculations.
0.35*13000 + 5372 = 9922
9922*1.682 = 16689 <-- damage dealt by a normal 5 combo points Ferocious Bite with full AP procs, Savage Roar and 0 mitigation.
16689*2.272 = 37917 <-- damage dealt by a critical 5 combo points Ferocious Bite with full AP procs, Savage Roar and 0 mitigation.

So, 264-277 ilvl geared Priests with Shadowform and Inner Fire on have around 5500 to 5600 Armor, which is about 27% physical damage reduction.
1338 Resilience give 31.22% critical damage reduction as well as 28.39% additional general damage reduction, total of 59.61% damage reduction on criticals.
With 50% ArP and Faerie Fire, the Armor is reduced to ~2700, which gives around 15% physical damage reduction.

Ferocious Bite will go through Armor, then Resilience:
37917*0.85 = 32230 <-- through Armor.
32230*0.4039 = 13018 <-- through Resilience's damage reduction. Final damage.

Please note that these values aren't precise, but very close. We are not taking in consideration the extra energy consumed by Ferocious Bite for a higher potential.
More importantly, I am not entirely sure of the calculation order. For instance, the critical damage reduction and general damage reduction of Resilience could be calculated separately, with an order that actually matters (which reduction before which), but in both cases, the damage would end up being higher than this, and I doubt it since 13018 is already too high for some :D

Seriously, don't be shocked. I played retail for 3-4 months and as a fresh 100, I managed to deal extremely high Ferocious Bite crits while unbuffed and that's something my geared Monk couldn't even dream of (double the damage of Keg Smash or Rising Sun Kick). It has always been that much OP, and it's intended in my opinion, for a DPS spec that cannot go through mitigation (except with ArP) and has no heal reduction abilities.

Okay this was going offtopic now, what I meant with Myaoming's damage being insane isn't a high Fero Bite crit, but the fact that he knows how to deal damage. Seriously, other ferals could learn a lot from his rotation. I had so many numbers on my screen I suspected an invisible Killing Spree rogue being on me at the same time as Mya :>
