Off-topic removal from Latest posts

#1 » Post by Xilion » 22 Mar 2016 13:21

I would like to suggest the Latest posts would stop showing posts inside the Off-topic section of the forums because it makes it alot harder to follow the forums now that we get all the trollish spam from that forum section. Being able to just see the relevant information without actually going into every section of the forum would be usefull and time svaing for us that does not give a shit about trolls and their section.
Yours Sincerely

Swipy

Adding an option in UCP to ignore/unsubscribe forum sections appearing in latest posts would be the best idea.

Well, as said countless times, we don't edit the forum software, so there's no viability for this suggestion.

You can always mark off-topic as read and skip it.

You can also just go to the index page of the forum and only look at the sections you're interested in or subscribe to those sections, otherwise there isn't even much reason to have sections. I follow boards that are hundreds of times bigger than ours, one subsection can be as active as our entire forum and I don't have much trouble ignoring most of it.
