Since i m in this server from the end of 2010 i manage to play with one bug.

Randomly my clicks fail on pressing in result skill icon its not actived.
Wich my cost me a lot ingame,like losing fight.

No matter i press keyboard button,mouse or click the icon with mouse,neither is macro or simple icon,neither personal keybind,basic one or non binded icon.No matter if the skill is spam-able or with any CD ,it have resuorce or non.
It doesen't follow any cycle of time or anything.It can happen now ,just right it did,than after 1 ,5, 15 ,30 min or 1 h again,its fully random.It can happen just right after i press button very smooth or i press it multiple times very fast ("mashing").
I have more than one accounts,even some that i haven't made.
I have used many different PC configoracions.Including different mouses,keyboards etc.Have played on PC's with very low and very high preformance.I play on low settings and with disabled sound.My FPS is around 10 most of time.
Also have changed the client many times,played with and w/o any addons.
My conection is aways good i have 40-50 ms in game most of time and sometimes higher,also i have played wiht diffrent type of conections than mine.
I have played in other servers but haven't dicovored the bug anywhere else.For example in AT server wich is also trinity based.
Its all the same in evry case.

i know exactly what you are talking about i am having problems with this issues all the time.

it does cause alot of ingame problems both in pve and pvp.

in pve it reduces dmg alot since it is just like a debuff that increase your base cooldown on all spells which can result in less spells casts in total depends on how long battle is for example on LK instead of 1000 mind flays could result in 750.

in pvp it can be even worse, late trinket or spell to remove a stun or controll imparing effect, not cast silence or wind shear or stun in time, not heal in time etc which can result in a lose in arena or either deaths in rbgs on world pvp specially when your fow is equal or stronger sometimes even when he is just a noob/s

It can be your mount or even interface option.

yep kinda even everything ingame for example inventory, i try sometimes to drag an item and have the same problem.

I will have to step into this.
l been playing Retri and l noticed this problem since l got two pieces of T10 which reset my Divine Storm. Now l have DS on cooldown and suddenly T10 proc and visually reset it, but no matter how l press it, by keybind or mouseclick, l cannot activate it. It does not work. It does start working after some time.

I tried using my ethernet cable as opposed to wi-fi and it got somewhat better, but I still have minor delays on the spells on my windows 10 laptop.
On a side note, it is getting really intense on low-fps environment, such as deathbringer 25 man, and I have delays by up to 10s.

Let me be precise, it was just DS, other abilities worked nice but DS no matter if l spam it, it wont work.
Also l dont use any major keybind or bar addon.

This happened on my shaman like 10 times last 2 weeks and it is fucking gamebreaking , usually happens with totems and they simply refuse to go off when they aint even on CD , their GCD triggered 3 times in a row but nothing happened . Never experienced this before so it must be some new bug..

I know that Divine Storm gives this bug (with tier 10 set bonus) but you're saying that your every ability is causing this? Have you tried a different computer?

Idk if its related but once in a while on boomkin when i use Typhoon it says "Invalid Target", the spell animation goes off and i see GCD on every spell (altho it doesnt really happen and i can cast whatever right away).

Yes I have also had when spamming such abilities a lot that are refreshed "before" the GCD, all abilities turn into "available" but when clicking them they are not working. But the OT stating all abilities act like this always? I don't know... Really I have no clue.

This happened a lot of times last weeks , kinda kills my desire to pvp . But I confirmed it happens mostly when human Shadow priest's silence me , I cant use totems after which is biggest bullshit bug I seen , what is worse not only I cant use totems during silence but even after its over sometimes up to 7-8 seconds , GCD goes off and nothing happens and I'm basicly like training dummy watching baddies do their pve rotation on me ... really really frustrating , hope it can be looked upon

p.s. Original poster is also main shaman so maybe it has something to do with his issue aswell.

Well this issue has happened on a several classers that I've played with, but only on a laptop that i have win10 os installed (hp 15), i didnt have this issue when i was playing on a laptop that had win7 os (hp650), so i guess it'
s either because of the hardware or some win10 incompatibility issue

Makes no sense to be from hardware , Im on win10 for a long time and this started happening out of nowhere last 1.5 month or more , I'm quite sure its a bug sadly .

Umm maybe one and a half month ago some update fucked it up? I'm assuming some update is causing this gcd delay, it would be a good idea to reinstall win10 and replace it with 7. In my case hardware from 2 laptops is nearly identical, and I've asked people with inferior system specifications, and they've told me that they don't share the issue we have, so I believe this problem is more prone to OS rather than hardware.
