Just was testing this and run into problem. To summon Terokk, you need to do one quest from chain or similar repetable quest. To do them you need to summon some elite mobs and kill them. Problem is, they now became Friendly and unattackable :D Which means Terokk still not killable :P

EDIT: Um lm not sure is that ment to be like that, but, those mobs l was telling about, they became hostile when you drink shadow elixir. Gonna finnish this to see does it work fully.

EDIT2: Ok apart from One of those mobs being friendly until elixir, all works.

What I have found on WoWhead was this :

"Abilities of note: "Chosen One" buff that gives double damage and double healing, but Terokk focuses on that person for the duration of the buff. Towards the end of the fight Terokk will be immune to all damage, so the tank has to drag him into the blue-bombs the Nether Ray guards will be dropping. This makes him vulnerably again for a short time, but he enrages right after so just be ready for it.Will be going again tonight, last night's server unreliability cost us when he was at 10%."

Somehow all mages spec are proccing Deep Freeze ability on their targets, and doing like 70% of their dps.

Mages are broken after this UPDATE, they are insanly procing DEEPFREEZE talent on bosses even though they arent speced

Should be fixed now. Let us know if the issue persists.
Cheating is bad. Using an item to cheat is bad. Regardless of how said item was obtained, use of said item is bad. Bad people will be banned.

Terokk still buged. still need GM to take the divine shield off ,the blue bombs used to do that dont spaw.
lost +1h of my life to see that the encounter is still buged so " DB/Quest: Terokk's Downfall " did not work.

Dps him down to Buble time,
run away till he stop chasing,
do some dmg just to start him again before he reset full hp,
finnish him off.
