Full Log: January Hotfixes

JANUARY
Posted below are all of the hotfixes we've applied to our server in the past month. This thread can be used for discussion.

Instances
  • Raids
    • Icecrown Citadel
      • - Several bosses that should engage when a player is in range will now do so (https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/issues/2134).
        - Multiple events in the Plague quarter have now been implemented.
        - Players can disable the raid wide buff by talking to their faction leaders. THIS CANNOT BE REVERSED. So think twice before disabling the buff!
        - Valithria Dreamwalker's fire skeletons can no longer be CC'ed.
        - Fixed issue with the insect event not reseting in case the raid failed to be successful on it.
        - Implemented the "soft reset" of the buffs in case they're disabled. They'll reset if the raid is empty after a 30 minute inactivity period.
        - Implemented a custom raid warning that will tell when the buffs are disabled to accommodate the community behaviour by request.
        - Implemented the geist traps at the plague quarter.
        - Val'kyr Shadowguards are now immune to roots and death grip.
        - Val'kyrs slowed by 30% (this is experimental and might be temporal and might be reverted at any moment).
        - Prevent Val'kyrs from removing slows from themselves.
        - Solved issue with Infest not dealing enough damage.
      Naxxramas
      • - Fixed the teleporters despawning after first use.
      Ulduar
      • - Mimiron should reset if the instance is empty or everyone's dead on wipes.
      Trial of the Crusader
      • - Gormmok and the worms will no longer bind players to the instance (only Icehowl will).
      Sunwell Plateau
      • - Fixed M'uru not summoning blood elves in Sunwell Plateau.
      Blackwing Lair
      • - Solved issues with Nefarian disappearing (definitely).
    Dungeons
    • The Oculus
      • - A rare crash in Oculus has been fixed.
      Stratholme
      • - Fix Timmy the Cruel not spawning in Stratholme
      Caverns of Time: The Culling of Stratholme
      • - Arthas will no longer be visible in Culling of Stratholme until the crates are dispelled. Taking his gossip while the player hasn't completed the Dispelling Illusions quest will no longer cause him to stuck.
        - Fixed the gossip needed to provide Arcane Disruptors (they can be obtained by talking to Chromie at the inn's basement).
        - Fixed skipping the intro event if every member has completed the normal or heroic version of the Culling of Stratholme (keep in mind that if you take an Arcane Disruptor from Chromie you've chosen to NOT skip the intro and the option will no longer be available).       Hellfire Ramparts
      • - Fixed Nazram and Vazruden's chest in Hellfire Ramparts.
      Blackrock Depths
      • - Solved issues with High Justice Grimstone attacking players which caused the arena to stuck
    Quests Spells
    • - Refixed Druid's Primal Fury.
      - Warlock's Imps will no longer melee attack when they run out of mana.
      - Several fixes to the Taunt Flag.
      - Allow Inspiration to proc off Player of Mending.
      - Fixed traps not being redirected to the grounding totem.
      - Player of Mending: heal after the damage is done, not before.
      - Fix Death Grip's travel duration on creatures.
      - Fix Cinderglacier's proc on Scourge Strike.
      - Windfury proc on absorb.
      - Root auras will now remove stealth once again.
      - Chain of ice spell reflect.
      - Remove aspects from pets when the hunter switch aspects.
      - Battleground buffs should now trigger on stealthed players.
      - Levitate will no longer be usable on mounted targets.
      - The blue crashin' and trashin' racer will no longer crash clients when exiting the vehicle.
      - Fixed mage's Shatter crit chance.
      - Fix Pyroblast/Hotstreak
      - Fix Righteous Vengeance application on absorbs.
      - Fixed Brain freeze procs on Fireball/Frostfire bolt.
      - Several fixes for aoe and stealth
      - Some issue with clearcasting cast state fixed.
      - Some issue with Will of the Forsaken fixed.
      - Solved issue with Unstable Affliction dispel bypassing resilience.
      - Fix the Improved Succubus talent.
      - Fix the application of Glyph of Succubus.
      - Solved issue with Mind Control not benefiting from haste (along with other spells that work the same way).
    Creatures
    • - Script the waypoints of Trayanise and adds missing texts.
      - Script emote responses to Silvermoon City Guardians. They'll respond to /kiss, /rude, /salute, /shy and /eye (Paladin's only) as seen in the video.
    Battlegrounds
    • Strand of the Ancients
      • - Solved issue with SotA Battleground Demolishers keeping players in combat for longer than they should.
        - Sota cannons will not be damageable or usable until the round starts.
        - Solve issue with Sota cannons entering evade mode
      Warsong Gulch
      • - Fix achievement Save the Day.
    PvP
    • - Don't allow entering battlegrounds while in combat.
      - Stop auto attacks if the player moves out of the PvP zone.
    Core & Mechanics
    • - Fix Deserter not being applied if characters logout while in a LFG group.
      - Fix players not being ported to their previous locations if characters logout in a LFG group.
    Community Contribution
    • Spells
      • - Fixed totems generating threat, hit and crit benefits and also show them in damage logs.(Diryn).
        - Fixed Ghost Wolves not benefiting from hit, crit and several other stat scalling fixes to pets (Diryn).
        - Fixed lava lash damage bonus from flametongue weapon.(Diryn).
        - Fix feral spirit on petautocast macro (Diryn).
        - Fix Ghoul's avoidance (Diryn).
        - Savage Roar will no longer break stealth or place players in combat (Diryn).

Nice to see guys, I haven't been on this server for long but I was hoping for a bugfix. Now that iv seen that, it has provided me proof that this server is really the greatest. Keep on it and Goodluck :)

First of all , you guys do an amazing job and I love you!
Second , idk if this update is relevant but since last Thursday I'm sensing a change in the spell "Cloak of Shadows".
Alot of dots are ignoring it , like shaman's or fire mage's dots. It definitely wasn't like that in the past...

pls fix zombiefest achiev like it was before :p
atm no zombies spawn in the first part of the dungeons, the humanoids just stay human and get hostile. no more transforming D:
Gj on the other fixes tho!

About removing icc buff, idk how it should be. But wouldn't it be better if only raidlead or assist can disable it?
