Mumble server

1) Download and install Mumble (currently 1.2.4)

2) From menu select "Connect", click the "Add New...." button at the bottom and fill in the columns
--- Address: www.truewow.org
--- Port: 64738

3) Click "OK" and "Connect"


Why Mumble?
Why not Ventrilo instead? Because Ventrilo's license for more than 8 slots is not free.
Why not Teamspeak? Because Mumble's voice quality is much better with less bandwith usage (it's also configurable)
Why not Skype? Because Mumble is very light on resources used (cpu, ram)
Morever it supports overlay in game, which is pretty useful with many ppl connected during raid.

Feel free to ask them in this topic or poke me on the mumble server in case you need support or create your guild channel

Been using this for guild raids since ever :3
Nice to see it being implemented elsewhere, the overlay is really nice if you don't recognize some people's voices xD

Nice! It would be nice if TrueWoW players connect to mumble all the time they are playing the community would be so better!

works for me.. make sure you have port 64738 unblocked in firewall and follow the steps in first post
