I suppose the description field in the item_template can be updated to show 2017. =P

Oh, it let me turn it in without any problem when I did it this Winter Veil. I might be an issue with that the quests were reset a day after the event started. If you had the quest active when the reset happened, you might have some issue completing it. I'd try to pick it up again and see if it works then. If not, make a ticket and have a GM help you out.

Picked it up today and tried to turn it in. Was not doable. I was desperate for it since I deleted the mince from my bags and hoped for a retrieval from the quest (Since it's loot-table on Wiki has it within).

I ended up writing a ticket regarding the mince itself

Ahhh... So I guess the quest should've been removed after winterveil. I also picked it up today, and wasn't able to turn it in.

Quest still can't be completed.I tried it today and couldn't do it but the character i tried it on previously did it so i guess that could be the reason.
