Molten wow homeless

#1 » Post by Helldozer » 31 Jan 2015 19:22

Hello!
Just wanted to say Hi to all members of this server and forum.
I was playing on moltenwow server untill this recent problems and after all the hard work on my charr and the same one getting deleted i decided its time to move on...
After watching a lot of review videos on yt on different WotLK private servers this one was among the top 3 everytime.

I would just like some answers while client is downloading -
1) Whats the ratio between horde and ally?
2) Are there any mayor buggs in certain classes(hunter, druid, shaman and warrior) that affect the game play?
3) How much of the end game content is working?
4) Personal opinion on what would be the best char for lvling and soloing atm? Soloing tbc and pre tbc content

Thank you in advance for the answers and hope to see you in game! :D

1 kinda equal numbers, bit more hordes than allies
2 not major bugs, just small ones that make some classes hit more than others 30k chimera shots in pvp
3 everything is opened except RS 25HC
4 probably a paladin tank, you can solo everything as paladin tank

1: http://www.truewow.org/statistics and http://www.truewow.org/online-charts. The ratio is about 50%-50%
2: There are still a few class bugs that can affect gameplay, MM hunters doing more dmg then they should, ect. But we got awsum devs who will adress those problems.
3:icc: minor issues on rotface, sindy, LK hc. But nothing 2 big. compared to moltenwow our icc is THE retail experience.
toc: works (molten shit scripted toc aswell rofl)
ulduar: most of the things work. thorim, mimir, aglalon have some issues
nax: works like it should
OS, RS works like it should.
EoE: works like it should.

Allround TW is way better scripted and i did my fair share of raids on molten^^
4: in peak times i guess you can chose how to lvl bgs, rdf, quests. on low points i guess solo/quests.

Welcome btw.

for solo old content every one know's and every one will tell you, doesnt matter what server or forum you ask.
the anser will still change between those 2:
1º- Pala Tank
2º- Beast Master Hunter (with Tank pet: Bear or Turtle)

PS:personally as hunter my self and i do to like to do solo playing i think hunter is better. ^_^ and is easy to lv up.
but if you decide play hunter get ready for the other player's rage. 8-) dont know why...coff,coff. people hate hunter's.
You did a bad think? Does it affect me? No? Them Suffer in Silence.
You Crying now? You have no reason to cry, if some one cries is because they are sad.
For example,i cry because people are stupid what makes me sad.
And i'm not insane, my Mother had me tested.

Welcome to your new home, and hint for hunter (if you choose a BM/MM hunter), use a bear, best tank pet, and starts with an AoE from level 1 (Although not tamable until level 10, that AoE can make a huge difference)

Restarts do occur by accident crash or by scheduled update. Few min ago was restart due to fast update. Also, server updates are scheduled on Wednessday 3:00h SVT due to updates. Server do know to last more than 7days without crash.

As for population, we are not 1000+ people, but we are not under 500. Check stats and you will see got more and now that Molten is closed we expect even more.

We run updates often and it was restarted today to apply database changes. From next week however we'll start following weekly maintenance patterns so there should be only a single restart per week.

If you check the status page right now you'll see 530 players online. We are currently peaking at around 580 players. For further information please check the online charts as suggested by the other users.

Regards.
