New druid, new player. Dropped the ball when healing a run.

So I haven't played in over 5 years. I have a 17th level druid and during the run I was told I was ill equipped, and that I needed to change my talents. I changed my talents but then my internet crashed....So sorry to the group I let down and any suggestions of how to level from questing and dungeon runs would be most appreciated. Character; Obidi
