Transfer Question

I have two level 58 Druids (One Horde and One Ally) over on Vengeance of Azeroth's PvP server WildHammer. I created them during their instant level promotions awhile back. I really want to keep at least one of them but I don't have the drive to play on a near dead server and I really want to jump ship. So I was wondering since I play here often, is it possible for a transfer here for at least one?

Minimum level to transfer s level 60. My best opinion, these character would not qualify since they were instant leveled.
