Hello and Welcome Jerson. The latency depends on how good your internet connection is and how far away the server location is based. Mine is never below 150 but the people who play from Europe usually have 10-60 latency as the server is stationed at France and also they have a lot better internet connection compared to mine. BTW you can check your latency or if you have any loss, just go to command prompt and type "tracert login.truewow.org" without the quotations.

About your questiong regarding latency: in my case, my internet connection sucks (currently) and my latency is between 300 ms (good days) and 2000 ms (bad days). Hoping to get a better one soon though.

I'm playing from Perú. I have a ~290 ms, so I think that's not that bad.
