Maelstrom Weapon buff is not always removed after casting Lightning Bolt, when casting Chain Lightning or one of the healing spells it always (in my experience) gets removed. This can get quite irritating as on some occasions I have had to cast LB 3-4 times in a row, just to remove the stack. This breaks up Enh PvE 'rotation' terribly and also lowers your chances of getting the t10 4-piece set bonus since that only has a chance of proc'ing on getting a fresh 5 stacks of MW.

What it should do:
- Player uses melee attacks proc ability (gaining the Maelstrom Weapons buff), building up to 5 stacks
- Player uses Lightning Bolt
- Maelstrom Weapons buff is consumed

What regularly happens:
- Player uses melee attacks proc ability (gaining the Maelstrom Weapons buff), building up to 5 stacks
- Player uses Lightning Bolt
- Player uses Lightning Bolt
- Player uses Lightning Bolt
- Maelstrom Weapons buff is consumed

I have thought of using a castsequence macro that uses Chain Lightning whenever it's off cooldown, but the fact that this bug is there and quite debilitating (in PvE), remains.
