I've been inactive for a while and wanted to come back, so anyway after finally connecting and being able to open the primal wow client it says that my username and password are wrong and i only use like 2 different ones so its not like i forgot it. Anyway i put in my details and had the password sent to me but it still hasnt arrived after about 30 mins. is it supposed to take that long? i made a new account for the forums as well but it doesnt have my lvl 33 or 22 on it ;(

Try adding a dot in front of your username when logging in. Like ".accountname"

Is it possible to transfer characters from that account into my new one? i really just want them back
