Switch to Horde? Possible? How?

Hi, I am contemplating a switch to Horde... they're way cool, I love the indigineous themes... AND the alliance leadership is decadent and corrupt... they don't care about their people.

Please advise if this is possible... I am a level 45 Rogue.

Hello!

You will need to purchase a faction change from the shop if you check the services tab. You can obtain the points you need to make any purchase that you like from the shop by either if you vote or donate for the server.

So as a GM, please tell me, do I retain all of my reputations, skills, race, objects etc? What is gained and lost?

You of course lose Alliance-specific things including reputations such as Stormwind and Ironforge, but you get the same reputation in the equivalent horde faction instead (Orgrimmar, Undercity, etc). You also get equivalent mounts and any Alliance-specific profession recipes turned into their horde equivalents.

You cannot keep your race -- you can't be a night elf and be a member of the horde for example. You will be asked to choose a new race and looks for your character on your first login after you get the faction transfer from the vote shop.
