SAYS SERVERS ARE DOWN WHEN I LOGIN

So i downloaded the game changed the file in data to login.truewow.org and it says servers are down did i do something wrong???

have you created GAME account ,remember forum account and game account are 2 different things

+this is what realmlist.wtf file should look like "set realmlist login.truewow.org" check it once more(without quotes of course

Make sure the two following items are properly set:



- Realmlist file
<WoW Install folder>/Data/enUS/realmlist.wtf

Note 1: Make sure there is only ONE line with set realmlist at the beginning.
Note 2: Replace the enUS with the language you are currently using (if it's not American English). E.G.: frFR for French or enGB for British English.



- WTF Config file
<WoW Install folder>/WTF/Config.wtf

Note: Make sure there is only ONE line with SET realmList at the beginning.



Keep in mind that extra spaces will affect the whole thing. Also, looks like both files are Case Sensitive, so it's recommended that you select the codes above and paste it into your files to make sure they are EXACTLY like those.
