[12099] Free at Last

When I go to use the stone on the giants there is:
-no casting bar
-doesn't register the credit
-doesn't weaken them

I've tried multiple times at different health states.

Believe this quest was fixed a few hours ago by Krypton and thus was removed from quest completer, if quest is not working at the moment a crash or restart is probably needed.
