Now when both fractions have downed LK25hc this should be a good time to increase the Hellscream Warsong/(Alliance Version) of the buff.
This can help the PUG runs progress more in their raids.

Has already been discussed and this wont happen, reason unlike retail which moved to catacyslm not long after we are staying on WOTLK and dont want to turn ICC into a normal raid by increasing buff, ICC is the last major raid.

Even if RS were to be released, ICC would still remain as THE end-game raid. The bulk of your final gear in WotLK still comes from ICC; most notably your weapons.

it COULD be boosted to 25% or even 30% since we already proved that both sides can score atleast 1 kill on LK25hc, grats to horde for RF and extra kills

I personally am in favor of boosting the buff maybe with the arena season reset we could get an extra 5% added and my reasoning is I only like higher difficulty when I can rely on myself only, when a group is needed, I prefer it to be easier since not every person is a copy of you and act the way you would.

In my humble opinion, there needs to be a sense of achievement in all this. People get bored fast. An increase from 20% would make ICC too easy. It's not good for the server's population. All we would get is people gearing up faster, getting bored, and leaving the server faster.

I agree with innocentguy. I was all for buffing as promised (5% for lk10, 5% for lk25, both heroic), but as other staff members have rightly pointed out, if everyone starts farming they'll get bored pretty quickly. 20% is enough.

I feel the need to point out in my every post, because people otherwise treat me like I have an agenda: I didn't kill even sindragosa or pp on heroic yet with my group. I wish I have, but our raid groups are falling apart quickly lately and it's not going well. However people have proven it's doable multiple times now, so instead of server bending over backwards for rest of us maybe we can learn something from those that did it.

I'll be for the increasing of the ICC buff when there are atleast 2-3 groups on both factions capable of downing LK 25hc regularly.
But for now it should remain as is.

Don't increase it, but decrease it back to 5% since it cannot be removed. At least heroic, as Anselmo wrote. There is no challenge with high buffs, except the execution itself. Where healing should be intense, its boring. Where tank's HP should keep healers on their toes, its yawning time. Where short windows to dps something down happens, its as if there were ~22 dps instead of usual 18. That's huge difference.

And yes, it would become a farm mode if it were boosted to 30%. Since there are no new major raids opening on a private server, it's...foolish, to bore people so fast. Don't. Please.

I'm not up to increasing or decreasing it, for me I'd rather have it as it is. Decreasing it isn't fair for the people that will come along and didn't have the opportunity of farming it while the buff was higher. Such mistake was already done in the past and I believe we shouldn't fall at it again.

As people have mentioned, we are at the end-game. Increasing things and rushing content right now will just lead to people getting bored rather fast.

I'm confused, why would it be increased if it's proven doable? I've only heard of icc buffs being decreased after becoming easier and easier to kill LK.

Make the buff 5% please or remove it completely, then ICC woudn't be a RHC for 25man what you can farm everyday.

Don't change anything, until ICC is fully fixed if u feel like changing it someday.
